How to earn points

• Earn 1 point for every £1.00
   you spend (including VAT and shipping)
• Points are only earned on orders that have been fully paid.
• Points expire 365 days after the purchase from which they were earned.

Spend your points

• Each point is worth £0.01
• Points are redeemed only against the value of products purchased.
• Points cannot be used to pay for shipping.
• View how many points are redeemable against your current order directly in the cart, where you can also choose to use them, or save them for next time.
• Points redemption takes the form of a discount against your order.
• View your loyalty points balance, as well as points accumulated and spent on your orders, in your account.

Tier System

• Earn points for every purchase and rank up the Tiers
• Points are then used with My Rewards
• Tier expires and renews 24/09 every year
