Refund policy

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All items must be inspected immediately upon receipt and before installation or use.

Once an item has been installed, it is deemed to have been accepted in satisfactory condition, unless a manufacturing defect was reported and confirmed prior to installation.

Any item returned for inspection that is found to have been damaged due to installation will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for sanitary goods, sealants, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, electrical and gas products once opened, WCs, protective equipment, discontinued items Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
