Delivery Information

We are currently using Royal Mail, DPD or Evri as our delivery providers, all small items will be delivered by Royal Mail, these can take up to three working days to reach you.

All our DPD orders are sent on a next day 24-hour service

This is an estimated timescale only and your items may be delayed in being received due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Any orders purchased before 2pm will be dispatch the same working day, any orders after this will be dispatched the following working day. Any orders purchased Friday after 2pm will be sent on the Monday except for bank holidays. Orders will not be dispatched on the following days: Saturday & Sunday

All items must be signed for and we will not instruct delivery companies to leave orders without a signature. If you have changed this option with the delivery company, we can not be held responsible. 

Standard Delivery - £4.95 1-3 Working Days (excludes bank holidays & Weekends) on in-stock items. 1-5 working days on none stocked items.

Next Working Day Delivery - £6.00 Order before 2.00pm for same day dispatch. 1-5 days on none stoked items

Free Delivery - Orders Over £75.00 Next day on stocked items. 1-5 working days on none stocked items.

If you place an order with multiple items and any are out of stock, we will ship the complete order once all items are back in stock, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
