The Baxi branded extension kit assists in the fitting of a flue in Baxi's Combi, Duo-tec, Megaflo, Platinum, Main Combi/Combi HE, Main Eco, Main HE, Gold, Heatmax, Performa, Performa SL, Promax and Suprima boilers. A boiler flue is the outlet through which steam and toxic gases resulting from the boiler's normal operation are safely expelled. Different models of flue are chosen to suit the type and location of the appliance. Delivery Information

We currently use Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri as our delivery partners. Orders are shipped on a 24-hour next working day service.

Please note, all delivery time frames provided are estimates only. While we aim to meet these times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery & Signatures

All orders are sent using tracked delivery services. For higher value orders, a signature will be required upon delivery.

For lower value orders, parcels may be delivered without a signature and may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour at the courier’s discretion.

If you choose to amend your delivery preferences directly with the courier (for example, requesting the parcel to be left in a safe place), this is done at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered in accordance with those instructions.

If your order contains multiple items and any are out of stock, the full order will be dispatched once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
