This 100mm inline mixed flow fan offers switchable extraction rates of 145 or 187m³/hr, configured during setup to suit your requirements. Installation is simplified through the integrated mounting cradle and readily accessible terminal box for electrical connections. As a standard fan model, it operates via external switch control—activating when triggered and ceasing when the switch is deactivated. Engineered to meet Part F Building Regulations, the XIMX100 combines dependable moisture extraction with practical serviceability.
